Scheduling Notice

We pride ourselves on prompt, professional service, and many of our clients specifically mention our speed in their reviews. Routine Service is scheduled according to workload and your legal deadline, and while we make every effort to complete assignments as quickly as possible, specific completion dates cannot be guaranteed. Scheduling may occasionally be affected by holidays, weather, court calendars, recipient availability, or other operational factors. If you require service within a specific timeframe, Rush Service (48–72 hours) and Same-Day Service are available for an additional fee, subject to scheduling.

Weather & Service Advisory Notice

At MyBronxProcessServer.com, the safety of our staff, clients, and the public is a priority. While we make every reasonable effort to complete services and field assignments as scheduled, certain weather conditions may impact our ability to safely perform work.

We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, suspend, or modify service attempts, or other assignments due to adverse weather or unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:

Snow, ice, sleet, or blizzard conditions

Heavy rain, flooding, or severe thunderstorms

Extreme heat, excessive heat warnings, or dangerous heat index levels

High winds, hurricanes, tropical storms, or tornado warnings

Poor visibility, hazardous road conditions, or transportation disruptions, or high traffic events.

Government-declared emergencies or weather-related closures

When weather conditions affect a scheduled assignment such delays shall not be considered a breach of any service agreement.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that weather-related delays are sometimes unavoidable and that all scheduling remains subject to safe operating conditions and the professional judgment of MyBronxProcessServer.com.
